How To Setup Your Device

1. Plug In Your Device

  • • Place the device on the charging base.
  • • Connect the USB cable from the charging base to the AC adaptor.
  • • Your device will automatically turn on and begin activation.
  • • Follow voice prompts until directed to connect to the response team.

2. Activate And Test

  • • Press and hold the SOS Button.
  • • Your response team will answer shortly to confirm your connection.
  • • After the call, charge your Premium Mobile Max in the charging cradle for 4 hours. Then it is ready for use.

It is important to charge your Premium Mobile Max for at least 4 hours after the initial set up.
How To Use Your Device

1. Placing A Call

  • • Firmly press and hold the SOS Button to connect to your monitoring center in the event of any emergency. Allow the call to go through and speak to the emergency operator.

2. Turning Your Device On

  • • Press the SOS Button for 1 second and all the LEDs will flash rapidly. The device can also be turned on automatically by charging via magnetic USB cable or putting it into the docking station.

3.Turning Your Device Off

  • • Press and hold the Power Button (top button on the side) and SOS button together for 3 seconds until the LEDs turn off.
Troubleshooting

Green Light Light shows a single flash rapidly every 3 seconds The device has a stable cellular signal
Green Light Light shows a double flash rapidly every 3 seconds The device is registered to the cellular network
Red Light Light is on (solid) Device has been fully charged
Red Light Light blinking quickly Battery power is lower than 20%
Red Light Light is off or blinking slowly The device is charging
Important Information
  • • Your device requires adequate battery charge and cellular signal to make an emergency call.
  • • Your device is splash proof and can be worn in the bath or shower.
  • • Your device uses GPS technology to identify your location. In good conditions the product should provide a location that is accurate within 30 feet or less. However, performance of GPS can be affected by a wide range of factors including obstructions, metal objects in the vicinity, structures that block the signal from satellites, weather, and other factors.
  • • Your device uses the cellular network to communicate. The device’s location, network provider service availability, and other issues may disrupt communications.
  • • Pendant lanyards are designed to breakaway under certain conditions; however, any cord worn around the neck can pose a risk of strangulation, including the possibility of serious injury or death.
  • • Charge your device daily! Test your system monthly!
  • • Please notify us if there are any changes to your address, phone number or emergency contacts.
