Three Easy Steps to
Returning Your Product

  1. Contact Life Assure Medical Alert customer service department at
    1-800-354-5706 Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 PM EST
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and mark it on the outside of the shipping box you are returning.
  3. The medical alert service will be cancelled effective the day the system is received at our location.
